In her personal life, Vanessa had to balance being a single mom going to school, full-time, and working full-time because she had to find ways to "do it all". She was even able to still maintain a social life and not burn out. Being raised by a project manager engineer for Motorola gave Vanessa the mindset of a project manager. And there's no way that someone can discover and master these skills on their own, Vanessa didn't.
